PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information of a suitable partner of connection to an information processor participating in a P2P type network.

SOLUTION: A personal computer TR to be used as a node of a P2P type network is provided with a connection table storage part 2K1 for storing node data DTN showing the attributes of each nodes of the network and identification information for identifying the node; a connection table management part 213 for, when an inquiry about the identification information is made from any of the nodes of the network, selecting the identification information of the node suitable for the connection of the node from among the identification information stored in the connection table storage part 2K1 based on attributes shown by the node data DTN stored in the connection table storage part 2K1; and a data transmission part 202 for transmitting the selected identification information to the node as the origin of the inquiry.
