PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clamp tool which clamps an object to be clamped quickly and easily not depending on the width of the object without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A connecting member 21 with a screw hole 23 passed through in the vertical direction and a slide hole 24 passed through in the horizontal direction is provided, and two pairs of clamp arms 26, L-shaped viewed from the front, integrally having vertical sides 29 extended in the vertical direction and upper sides 30 extended in the horizontal direction in the upper parts of the vertical sides are provided. Nipping claws 27 opposed with each other in the lower ends of the vertical sides are provided. The respective clamp arms are opposed, and their upper sides are slidably inserted through the slide hole. An operation bolt 47 is threadedly engaged with the screw hole from above, and its lower part is protruded downwards. An operation member 35 with its right and left ends slidably locked in the upper sides of the respective clamp arms, and its central part in the horizontal direction facing the lower end of the operation bolt is provided.
