PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage appliance capable of effectively massaging only shoulders by a simple means. SOLUTION: The massage appliance comprises: a main body 1 provided with a back abutting part 2 to be abutted to the back of a wearing person and a pair of shoulder holder parts 3a and 3b extended from both sides in the width direction of the upper end of the back abutting part 2 to the chest side so as to wrap the shoulders of the wearing person; and a massage mechanism incorporated in the main body. For the message mechanism, at least the pair of shoulder holder parts 3a and 3b are provided with a massage means 5, preferably the massage means 5 composed of a pressurizing body to be deformed to change the thickness or expanded / contracted by the supply and discharge of air to/from the inside.
