PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a call arrival notification from an unsolicited telephone call to be cut off after one, two or three ring-back tones, and to prevent damage caused by call-back. SOLUTION: In order to achieve the purpose, in the present invention, a user is not notified about call arrival before ring back tones are sounded the number of times set by the user or more or before the lapse of a call arrival melody play time. When displaying a call arrival history, the number of times of sounding the ring back tones is also recorded and displayed. Moreover, when originating a call from the call arrival history display, a caller number non-notification 184 is automatically added for an incoming call of which the number of times of sounding ring back tones is less than the designated number of times, and of which a telephone number is not registered on a telephone directory.
