PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for achieving communication control for enabling a radio terminal to surely restore a flow transmitted from a radio base station even if a flow is added or deleted in a radio communication system. SOLUTION: The base station controlled from a communication control apparatus and making communication with the radio terminal transmits transmission cycle information to the radio terminal, allocates communication information within a prescribed predetermined transmission cycle and transmits the resulting information.
