PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving unit by a toilet lid of a warm water flushing device. SOLUTION: A power saving unit by a toilet lid of a warm water flushing device can remarkably reduce the stand-by power consumption of a warm water flushing device by providing a toilet lid sensor which senses the opening/close state of the toilet lid and outputs an electric signal corresponded to the sensor and a control means which adjusts an amount of water pushed out of a storage tank and is able to control a toilet lid temperature and a warm water temperature in a low temperature by sensing the toilet lid sensor at the time of the non-usage of the warm water flushing device without setting a power saving mode.
