PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit and an air conditioner capable of making air temperature at a defrost blow-off port higher than air temperature at a foot blow-off port at the time of heating operation. SOLUTION: The air conditioning unit comprises a housing 11, a cooling portion 13 cooling air led into the housing 11, a heating portion 15 heating the air led into the housing 11, a conditioning air flow passage 25 leading air heated and cooled to high temperature warm air blow-off ports 21A, 21B and low temperature warm air blow-off ports 19F, 19R, and a mixing suppressing portion 35 suppressing mixing of the air heated and cooled.
