PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient online consultation system, consultation device, and consultation method, which connects coordinate positions of a questioner and respondent. SOLUTION: A system 1 comprises at least one server device 10, at least one question terminal 11, and at least one reply terminal 12. The question terminal 11 can transmit a question coordinate as well as at least one question to the server device 10 from the location by utilizing the consultation device. The server device 10 spontaneously distributes a question to a possible reply terminal 12 from the specified district range of a reply coordinate.
