PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal panel that increases the productivity and yield of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the liquid crystal panel includes the steps of: disposing a sealing agent 5 discharged from a nozzle onto a first base substrate 1 where a plurality of array substrate areas 2 to be cut as substrates of liquid crystal panels while changing the relative positions of the top of the first base substrate 1 and the nozzle; and sticking the first base substrate 1 and a second base substrate together across the sealing agent 5. In the step of disposing the sealing agent 5 on the first base substrate 1, the sealing agent 5 begins to be disposed from a peripheral edge area part 3 on the first base substrate 1 and is disposed continuously in a looped shape on at least two adjacent array substrate areas 2 on the first base substrate 1 via areas 3 and 3 outside substrates, and the disposition of the sealing agent 5 is ended in a peripheral edge area part 3 on the first base substrate 1.
