PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polychloroprene composition excellent in mechanical properties, and in operability and processing stability at molding. SOLUTION: The polychloroprene composition contains 100 pts.mass polychloroprene obtained by blending a polychloroprene sol with a polychloroprene gel, and 0.1-4.0 pts.mass phosphate compound. Where, Mooney viscosity at 100°C by JIS-K 6300 is 40-110. The polychloroprene sol is suitably obtained by polymerizing 80-99 mass% chloroprene monomer, 1-10 mass% 2,3-dichlorobutadiene and 0-10 mass% other polymerizable monomer. The polychloroprene gel is suitably obtained by polymerizing 75-98.7 mass% chloroprene monomer, 1-10 mass% 2,3-dichlorobutadiene and 0.3-8 mass% monomer having at least two ethylenically unsaturated functional groups in the molecule.
