A method for managing an operation of a self-service laundry is provided to regulate dive time and dried-state of the laundry as needed by supplying extra hot blast if an extra charge is inputted to the machine. A method for managing an operation of a self-service laundry comprises the steps: setting drive condition about inputted extra charge while progressing a dry process; operating the machine according to the set drive condition if the charge is inputted through a charge collecting machine; progressing an extra dry process for the extra charge if the extra charge is inputted to the charge collecting machine(S5).
