The aim of the invention is to provide a means of creating functional units between first telecommunications devices and second telecommunications devices of wireless telecommunications systems which function efficiently for the private or public operators of the telecommunications systems and/or which are user-friendly for the users of the telecommunications devices. To this end, private or public operators/users of the telecommunications systems can choose between a manual, semi-automatic and/or automatic listing and registration (subscription) procedure.
