<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspecting quality of a printed matter for reducing a production cost and enhancing general-purpose properties, and to provide a method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The device 11 includes a feed means 12 for feeding the printed matter 1, an illumination means 13 and a photographing means 14 for acquiring the image data of the printed matter 1 by the irradiation light of the illumination means 13 and constituted so as to inspect the abnormality of the printed matter 1 on the basis of the image data. A transmission material 15 is provided to the feed route of the printed matter 1 and the photographing means 14 is arranged so as to photograph not only one side of the printed matter 1 fed by the feed means 12 but also the other side of the printed matter 1 through the transmission material 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
