<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact destination information managing system for managing contact destination information indicating contact destinations and image output information for outputting predetermined images and/or characters. <P>SOLUTION: The contact destination information managing system is connected to the Internet 22 as a server 20. When a creation client 25 transmits business card information including contact destination information and image output information to the server 20 via the Internet, the server 20 manages the business card information. Further, the server 20 transmits the contact destination information in the business card information together with the access information to a reception client 30 registered in a transmission destination information DB 50.
