PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new option, when there is an incoming call during a call. SOLUTION: A third terminal 16 includes a communicating section 24, a voice interface 22, an operating section 26, and a processor 20. The communicating section 24 communicates with a base station. The voice interface 22 converts a voice into a signal, and converts a signal received at the communicating section 24 into a voice. The operating section 26 inputs a command. The processor 20 processes information communicated at the communicating section 24. The processor 20 includes a control unit 30 and a relay 34. The relay 34 relays the signal during speech communication period. When a signal is received from a second terminal 14 during calling period, the control unit 30 controls the communicating section 24 so as to transmit a signal for selecting the form of the call.
