A computer implemented method of dynamically allocating documents into groups responsive to user input, each document being associated with a term profile comprising a set of ranked terms appearing in the document comprising: receiving at a computer interface an indication from a user relating to a required size of a group; executing a computer program to compare the term profiles of the documents to locate documents with overlapping terms, and to allocate documents in a common group with a number of overlapping terms dependent on the required size of a group.
