<p>A Coriolis flowmeter comprising a tubular body (53) equipped with a vibration generating means (31) on the outside surface of central region, and a pair of vibration detecting means (41, 42) spaced apart by an equal distance from, and positioned forward and rearward to, the vibration generating means, supporting bases (54, 54) for securing the tubular body at the opposite ends thereof, and connection members (55, 55) arranged in parallel with the tubular body in order to bond both supporting bases on the opposite outsides respectively, characterized in that the tubular body, each supporting base and each connection member are formed of an identical piezoelectric single crystal material, and the vibration generating means and each vibration detecting means are constituted of a pair of electrodes, respectively. The Coriolis flowmeter facilitates manufacture of a small flowmeter and is insusceptible to the environmental temperature.</p> |
