A device for clamping of tool set in the pulse presses with use of energy of high-voltage electrical discharges in the liquid contains a support connected by guides with fixed beam, and a mobile pressure plate with a clamping device installed on the guides. The clamping device is made as a crank gear, which crankshaft is located in the brackets fixed from below on the fixed beam. An axle of lower connecting-rod end is located in the bracket fixed on the mobile pressure plate. The terminal switch electrically connected with the generator of pulse currents is installed on the fixed beam. On one of the crank cheeks diametrically opposite to crankshaft pin the support is located, which controls the terminal switch with the help of a pusher.
