A water heating boiler is arranged as water-pipe boiler and has furnace that includes pipe side, frontal and back screens and convective surface placed in gas duct. Pipes of side screens of boiler form lower and upper festoons closed with fins through welding, except of one upper element placed on side screen. At the same side screen of water-pipe boiler additionally lower festoon is made opened, at that at side of frontal screen it is made open by half. Boiler provides decrease of harmful substances (CO and NOx) in smoke gases that fall into environment and can be used for water heating for industrial purposes and in municipal economy.
