The present invention refers to modifications to the structural scheme of a communication system having feedback information, which is based on adding a codifier and a voltage control device useful for a threshold device. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the performance of the communication system having feedback information when the signal-to-noise ratio is reduced in the return channel by implementing two blocks located at the transmitting portion of the system (block 24 and 25, Fig. 3), said blocks being useful for widening the reception ratio of a message by establishing novel voltage values for the threshold of each symbol for a predetermined code-word (or message), said modification in the operation of the communication system resulting in both power and message transmission time savings.
