The hydraulic binder has cement, expanding and montanorillonite type clay e.g. bentonite, and water. The binder is composed of 68 percentage of cement weight, 3 percentage of bentonite weight and 29 percentage of water weight, so that the total composition of the binder is equal to 100 percentage. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for collecting a larvae of oysters or breeding oysters (2) an oyster breeding installation comprising a plate.
