The panel has a printing module (10) arranged at the level of a supply reel (8) or in a rectilinear path between the reel and a transparent window (4). The printing module prints a semi-translucent or opaque paper tape (7) coming from the reel and surrounding a take-up reel (9) by traversing the path. The reels are coupled to respective motors (M1, M2) in a synchronized manner for unwinding the tape in a direction or in another direction before the window. The module has an inkjet print-head movable perpendicular to unwinding direction of the tape.
