The device (1) has a cylindrical shaped elongated connection end-fitting (7) threaded on its entire length and axially extended in a fixed tubular support (11). The support has a longitudinal groove (12) along an inner generatrix. A cleat (9) is fixed to the fitting and slides in the groove. A nut (16) is carried by a rotary sleeve (17) coaxial to the fitting, where the sleeve is spun relative to the support such that driving of the sleeve causes an axial translation of the fitting by the cleat displaced in the groove in a direction causing a progressive extraction force on a threaded pin (2).
