<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which can add a function requiring an accurate time information, and can be manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing device (a printer or the like) is constituted to be a device which starts a motion in response to a determination result.
