A rayplay is provided to tan the skin in the shapes of various desirable images including flowers, animals, and natural scenes and to irradiate the ray with freely setting an adhesion part of a desirable region by using a UV(Ultraviolet) irradiating device using a TFT(Thin Film Transistor). In a rayplay, the output light is obtained by selectively irradiating UV or infrared rays in a unit of pixel by using a TFT(24). A user has various patterns tattooed at high definition and partially tans the skin by selectively transmitting the UV rays. Spots of the skin color generated when the user tans the skin with wearing clothes, are removed by exactly correcting the position and partially tanning the skin by installing a camera at a TFT tanning machine.
