PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingesta administration device which determines a proper administration amount of ingesta without giving a physical burden on a user and while troublesomeness for adjustment is reduced. SOLUTION: The ingesta administration device for administrating the ingesta to the user includes: a consumed energy amount obtaining portion for obtaining information on a consumed energy amount of the user; an intake energy amount obtaining portion for obtaining information on an amount of energy to be ingested by the user; an administration amount determination portion of the ingesta; and an ejection portion. The determination portion determines the administration amount of the ingesta based on at least the information on the obtained amount of energy consumed by the user and the information on the obtained amount of energy to be ingested by the user.
