Disclosed is a solid preparation which comprises adenosine 5'-triphosphate or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, which has a highly maintained active ingredient content even after being stored for a long period, and which has a moisture activity of 0.28 Aw or lower at 25°C. The solid preparation preferably is in the form of a tablet, more preferably in the form of a film-coated tablet.
