<p>The invention relates to an arrangement for converting the pressure of moving transport means into electric power, wherein a road surfacing device (1) placeable on a roadway comprises a top component (7) on which a transport means runs therethrough and a lower component (6) arranged on the roadway. A system of compressible containers (2), which is filled with a fluid medium and consists of a plurality of longitudinal hoses each of which is provided with input and output ends and of at least of two transversal hoses (12) connected to the input and output ends of the longitudinal hoses, respectively, is disposed between the top (7) and lower (6) components. The inventive road surfacing device (1) also comprises a system of compressible containers filled with atmosphere air, wherein said system also consists of a plurality of longitudinal hoses adjacent to the fluid medium longitudinal hoses. Each of the longitudinal hoses is also provided with input and output ends which are connected to at least of two transversal hoses, respectively. Each transversal hose (12) is provided with return valve (13). Said device makes it possible to increase the performance and the power by supplying a great amount of fluid by means of pressure produced by a transport means running thereon.</p> |
