<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to carry out refuelling in a stand-alone state to an electronic equipment incorporating a fuel cell without the need of connecting to a personal computer or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The refuelling device 10 connected in free detachment with an electronic equipment 20 having the fuel cell and its fuel tank for replenishing the fuel tank of the electronic equipment 20 with fuel is provided with the fuel tank 15 retaining fuel to replenish the electronic equipment with, and the fuel cell 191 generating power by obtaining fuel from the fuel tank 15.
