PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing an audio apparatus having no network communication function to receive distribution of music attribute data using TOC data in a compact disk. SOLUTION: A request including binary data stored in a TOC area of a CD is transmitted from a memory player 20 to a server via a cellular phone 30, and music attribute data corresponding to the binary data included in the request are distributed from the server receiving the request.
