PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine including a regulator on the back side of a front door, which has a structure for holding a ball removal port at a closed position while the front door is opened. SOLUTION: A guide projection 62 projectingly provided at a ball removal opening/closing piece 58 for opening/closing the ball removal port 57 is made to project from the back side of the regulator 50. A ball removal restricting member 63 made to be changeable between a restriction position at which the ball removal restricting member 63 abuts on the guide projection 62 to prevent the movement of the ball removal opening/closing piece 58 and a release position at which the ball removal restricting member does not abut on the guide projection 62, is disposed on the back side of the regulator 50. An engaging member 68 abutting on the ball removal restricting member 63 and holding it at the release position with the front door 6 closed is disposed on a main body frame 5. With the front door 6 opened, the ball removal restricting member 63 is located at a restriction position, so that the ball removal opening/closing piece 58 is maintained to close the ball removal port 57, therefore, the game ball is prevented from falling from the regulator 50.
