PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic excrement disposal apparatus used for a sick person, a bedridden elderly person or the like owing to sickness, surgery or the like which sucks and collects excrement within a body-worn implement 1 credibly in a short time. SOLUTION: The body-worn implement 1 and an excrement tank 3 are connected by an excrement hose 102. A spare vacuum tank 61 and a vacuum valve 62 are installed between the excrement tank 3 and a large vacuum pump 6. By operating the large vacuum tank 6, the inside of the spare vacuum tank 61 is evacuated in advance to a high vacuum condition of -700 mmHg. When the vacuum valve 62 is opened to suck and dispose excrement, the inside of the body-worn implement 1 is evacuated to a high vacuum condition to suck the excrement quickly into the excrement tank 3.
