<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure capable of preventing abrasion generated on the axial directional side surface of a rim 7d from becoming excessive even if the bearing pressure of a sliding contact part increases in the axial directional side surface of the rim 7d constituting a cage 4c and the axial directional end surface outer peripheral edge of a spherical roller. <P>SOLUTION: This cage 4c is constituted by joining and fixing the rim 7d and columns 8b and 8b formed into separate bodies.
