摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein it is difficult to manufacture a product using polylactic acid alone because polylactic acid is hard and brittle and has a problem in abrasion resistance, high energy is required in the manufacture of the product, a product manufacturing process for polylactic acid is complicated, and high-mix low-volume production is impossible. SOLUTION: The reaction extrusion molding apparatus 1 of the present invention is equipped with a first raw material supply part 2 for supplying a first raw material for a polymer alloy, the first extruder 3 connected to the first raw material supply part 2 and extruding the polymer alloy first raw material continuously supplied from the first raw material supply part 2 optionally while melting the same, the polymer alloy manufacturing part 7, which has the outflow port 5 connected to the inlet 30 of the first extruder 3 and allows not only the extruded first raw material for the polymer alloy but also the second raw material for the polymer alloy supplied from a second raw material supply part 6 flow in to react the first and second raw materials in a molten state, and a second extruder 8 for allowing the polymer formed by polymerization reaction to flow in from the outflow port 5 to continuously extrude the polymer.
