PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient treatment method of boron containing waste water excellently treating boron and providing a small sludge generation amount without remaining loaded aluminium in treated water. SOLUTION: The treatment method of the boron containing waste water comprises a reacction process of loading the boron containing waste water with aluminum sulfate and a calcium compound to adjust to alkaline, and the second process of a solid-liquid separation process for carrying out solid-liquid separation of a produced insoluble deposit, wherein the reaction process has two steps of a first reaction process of adjusting the present amount of aluminium to calcium to a weight ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 and pH to 9 or higher; and of a second reaction process of loading with the calcium compound to adjust pH to 12 or higher.
