PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive secondary battery charge/discharge inspection device and a secondary battery charge/discharge inspection method. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of charge/discharge circuits are controlled in an individually closed state, even when inspecting a large number of secondary batteries, a control cycle to each secondary battery is not long. Since sufficient inspection accuracy can be acquired even if accuracy of each charge/discharge circuit is not so high, a versatile component can be used to suppress cost without using an expensive component for each charge/discharge circuit.
