PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction to protect a ground structure against tsunami, which prevents the ground structure such as a tank from being damaged by tsunami, can be built even where a wide site for the construction is not obtained, and is easily built. SOLUTION: In the construction to protect the ground structure 1 against tsunami, a self-supporting type tsunami protective fence 2 is set outside the structure 1.
