PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile cutting apparatus which dispenses with a suspension means, is low in cost, and carries out cutting even if sediment adheres to a rear surface of a steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: The steel pipe pile cutting apparatus is formed of: an annular guide member 15 which is arranged at an upper location of a pipe edge 14 of the steel pipe pile 11 substantially coaxially with the same via a plurality of steel pipe clamps 13 fixable to an upper edge 12 of the steel pipe pile 11; and a slide rail 16 arranged astride the guide member 15. The steel pipe pile cutting apparatus further has a revolving frame 17 for revolving the guide member 15; a support frame 18 movable along the slide rail 16; a vertical support member 21 having an upper portion thereof mounted on the support frame 18, and having a first horizontal roller 20 arranged on a lower portion thereof, in a manner abutting on an inner surface 19 of the steel pipe pile 11; a cutting torch 22 mounted on the vertical support member 21 in a vertically adjustable manner; and a first elastic member 23 having one end thereof fixed to the support frame 18 and the other end thereof mounted on the revolving frame 17, for energizing the support frame 18 in a radially outward direction.
