PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal device, and an electronic mail transmission method capable of transmitting electronic mail with desired contents with a simple operation, and to provide an electronic mail transmission processing program thereof. SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of content information that can be selected as contents included in electronic mail are stored in a storage means. In a period from the time when a detection means detects the start of operation to one operation means or when prescribed time passes after detecting the start of operation to the time when the completion of the operation is detected, one content information is selected successively from the plurality of pieces of content information stored in the storage means and the selection situation is displayed on a screen. Then, when the completion of operation to one operation means is detected, a piece of electronic mail including content information selected by the selection display means is generated, and the generated electronic mail is transmitted via a network.
