PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further excellent separate determination method, capable of accurate and reproducible separate determining of HbA<SB>1</SB>a<SB>1</SB>, HbA<SB>1</SB>a<SB>2</SB>, HbA<SB>1</SB>b, HbA<SB>1</SB>c and HbA<SB>0</SB>in a short time in measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin, and further performing measurement with an improved sample load quantity. SOLUTION: In this measurement method of glycosylated hemoglobin, a surface layer porous cation exchanger in which porosity is developed by introducing a cation exchange polymer to the surface of nonporous fine core particles of a hydrophobic or hydrophilic polymer or silica gel is used. According to this, separate determination of glycosylated hemoglobin can be performed in a short time with high analysis accuracy and reproducibility. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
