PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting control device for a pit-type parking device preventing flood damage to vehicles in a pit and enabling drivers to get in and out of vehicles without hindrance when entering and leaving. SOLUTION: In a stationary state, carrier bodies 1-3 are stopped in lifted positions to prevent flood damage of vehicles in a lower stage in the pit, and when a left-hand-drive vehicle C4 on a lower stage carrier 2B enters or leaves, the adjacent carrier body 1 on the driver's seat side is temporarily lowered into the pit to secure sufficient passage width and passage height between a carrier body post 1C2 (1C4) and the driver's seat side of the call vehicle.
