PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal fixture for a pipeline capable of reducing equipment, working man-hours, working hours and a cost. SOLUTION: This pedestal fixture 1 for the pipeline is provided with: a fixed base 10 having a pair of abutting faces 12 formed on the bottom and mounted on a gas pipe with their abutting on the upper-side outer circumferential face 90a of the gas pipe 90, being changeable between a degaussing state/excitation state, and attracted to the gas pipe in the excitation state; a plate member 40 provided on the fixing base and having its tip side extending to the end-part upper face 81 of the pedestal with the fixed base attracted to the gas pipe adjacent to the pipeline pedestal 80 mounted on the gas pipe; and a pushing means 50 pushing the tip part of the plate member 40 provided on the fixed base and extending to the end-part upper face of the pedestal, toward the end-part upper face. When fixing the pedestal to the gas pipe with this tool, the ground is excavated in such a state that a working object portion 90b alone of the gas pipe is exposed to the outside, the pedestal is mounted on the working object portion 90b, a pair of tools are attracted to the circumferential face of the gas pipe near the both sides of the pedestal, and the pedestal is fixed to the gas pipe by the plate member 40 and the pushing means 50 of each tool.
