PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a drain side printed circuit board is reduced, delay arise and a gradient of brightness occurs in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: A reduced drain side printed circuit board PCB 1 is disposed on the left side of a glass substrate SUB. In this case, a delay time Td2 of a drain voltage Vd to a gate voltage Vg is made longer than a variable delay time Td0. Alternatively the delay time Td2 can be set to a constant delay time tgl.
