The device has a support plate (21) rotating within a housing (3) around a rotation axis (31), and a set of grinding tools (25) concentrically arranged at circumference of the plate. Another set of grinding tools (25`) is arranged axially opposite to each other during generation of a radial mill gap. The two sets of grinding tools perform relative motion with each other, and a removable ring (23) is arranged for attaching the tools (25) to the plate. The ring concentric to the axis is fastened to the plate and is arranged on the tools (25).
