PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To represents a user's location information detected by a certain position detection device capable of displaying correctly the user's location information into own coordinate system even in the case of fixed location detection system and moveable location detection system are mixedly existing. SOLUTION: In the location calculation systems including stationary location detection system and moving type location detection system, a certain location detection system requires (S11) that the location detection object in the own coordinate system at a certain time, the location information of the location detection object detected by the other location detection system at the nearly same time measured with the coordinate system of the location detection object, the coordinate transformation order is determined considering the route cost etc., and according to the transformation order, the coordinate transformation is performed (S16), then the location of own coordinate is obtained.
