<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pet food having amelioration effect on atopic dermatitis, not spoiling hepatonephric function or the like and excellent in safety. <P>SOLUTION: The pet food contains acidic xylooligosaccharide where the xylooligosaccharide molecules contain uronic acid residues, starch and oil and fat.
