<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell capable of suppressing diffusion of an additive element or the like in the case LaCoO<SB>3</SB>based oxide is used as an air electrode, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the solid electrolyte fuel cell in which a plurality of cells are electrically connected on a substrate tube, and include a step of applying a material for a fuel electrode on the substrate tube, a step of applying a material for an electrolyte membrane on the applied material for the fuel electrode, a step of mutually applying a material for an interconnector to electrically connect the neighboring cells out of the plurality of cells, a reaction layer material applying step of applying a material for the reaction layer on the applied material for the electrolyte membrane, an integrated calcination step of integrally calcining the material for the fuel electrode, the material for the electrolyte membrane, the material for the interconnector, and the material for the reaction layer, a step of applying a material for an air electrode containing the LaCoO<SB>3</SB>based compound on the material for the reaction layer after the integrated calcination step, and a step of calcining the material for the air electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
