PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire coating film wherein no coloring ink powder drops when rolling the wire coating film with a coloring layer around a fine wire, and the wire coating film rolled around a bobbin causes no blocking. SOLUTION: In this wire coating film formed by laminating a coloring layer and an adhesive layer on a base material film, the adhesive layer is composed of a first adhesive layer made of a thermoplastic resin having Tg of 0-40°C and a second adhesive layer made of a thermoplastic resin having Tg of 60-85°C, the thermoplastic material is a polyester resin, and the base material film is a polyester film having a thickness of 1-4.5μm.
