PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information concealing sheet which prevents internal secret information from being glanced at and moreover leaves an intelligible history of unsealing, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A postcard 10 with an information concealing label has: a postcard main body 11 which has a personal information part 11a; a strongly adhesive paste 13 which strongly bonds the whole peripheral edge part of the postcard main body 11 so folded as to conceal the personal information part 11a; a repeelable-restickable paste 14 for temporarily sticking the folded postcard main body 11 together; a microperforation 15 which is provided inside the strongly adhesive paste 13 so as to unseal the postcard 10 with the information concealing label; a corner cut 16 which is a part of the postcard main body 11 and provided on the line of the microperforation 15; separate paper 17 which protects the strongly adhesive paste 13 and the repeelable-restickable paste 14 till the time of the use; and a peeling layer 18 which is a part of the separate paper 17 and formed in a portion opposite to the strongly adhesive paste 13 by offset printing or letterpress printing, and others.
