<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with the convenience of content distribution by downloading, and also a way of enjoyment of collection again. <P>SOLUTION: The user purchases a memory card 11, etc. at a shop 1, and also obtains free paper 13. On an advertising handbill 14 inserted in free paper 13, content advertisement and access information are described. Also, on the advertising handbill 14, there are pasted seals 141, 241 having pleasant appearances, indicating what is included in the content. The user downloads the content based on the access information, to store into the memory card 11. Next, the user peels off the seals 141, 241, from the advertising handbill 14, and pastes on the memory card 11.
